This is an enjoyable addition to the Mainly Needlepoint Series. This series has all the elements of a great mystery. The characters are engaging and likable, the story is captivating and will keep you wanting to turn the page to find out what happens next, the mystery itself will keep you guessing as to who the culprit is.

I certainly enjoy visiting Haven Habor, I feel as though I’m visiting with friends. I hope there will be more books in this series, I really enjoy them.

This is a wonderful debut mystery! The story quickly drew my attention and kept me glued to the pages. The characters are vibrant, likable and believable. The author does such a wonderful job of describing the setting and various locations I could easily picture them in my mind. The mystery is well executed with plenty of suspects, I was kept guessing until the end. I really enjoyed this story and hope to read more books in this series in the future.

This is the second book in the Cat Latimer Mystery Series and it does not disappoint. This book quickly drew me in and kept me glued to the pages. With the second session of the writer’s retreat in full swing, Cat is faced with someone stealing valuable manuscripts from the college library, a guest with a stalker, secrets, murder, and a possible ghost.. Cat puts on her sleuthing hat to try and figure out what is going on.

This is a wonderfully written murder mystery. The story has many layers that are slowly peeled away to reveal the story. The characters are complex, interesting and likable, even the “bad guys.” I was kept on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. There are several surprises, and plenty of twists that kept me guessing. I look forward to reading more in this series.
